So Kyle has been walking for a month now. He is so little he doesn't look like he should be walking at all. He started May 3 and boy is he cruising now. He is eating so well on his own now. Its funny, his doctor wants him to gain weight so they sent my to a nutritionist and they told me to put cream cheese or butter on his toast. Give him ice cream and add oil to his food where I can. I was a little taken back. Here you learn to eat right and limit your fat intake, not for Kyle. I guess they don't like petite boys, if he was a girl they wouldn't be so worried. Yes they said this. Since he's a boy he needs to be a big boy. Whatever, I'm not going crazy on that stuff, I do feed his more calories but I'm not going crazy. I love this little guy so much. He is getting so big walking up and grabbing my hand, I love it. My favorite is when he walks up to daddy and wants him to hold him and then gives him a big wet kiss. I can't believe how much he's looking like a little boy and not a baby anymore.

Conner's big number 5 was in March. He had his first birthday party with friends. In years past we would just do stuff as a family and have fun. This year he was able to invite some friends and swim at Grandma's. He had a great time with all his friends and had yummy cake too. He got some cool toys. I think his favorite was a Lego Star Wars T-shirt. He will keep wearing it until I tell him to take it off so I can clean it. He is a very active boy and I can't keep up with him. He is starting to listen and help around the house a little more, trust me it's just a little. He can't wait until school starts because he gets to go to Kindergarten, which I am both looking forward to and dreading all at the same time. He keeps everyone laughing even well into the night, which drives me nuts. He is a very handsome fun boy and I love him very much. Happy Birthday Conner.
